Designed to drive super sized arms and blades for the larger expanse of window. The unique stroke motion ensures non-violent and quiet wiper action. Each stroke accelerates and decelerates giving blade and arms a longer life.
To assist designers and eliminate installation problems, the gearboxes can be assembled with the motor at any angle (at no extra cost). The Pantograph Class 110 wiper is fully enclosed in line with safety standards, and all moving parts are manufactured from 316 stainless steel. With quality as a priority, Pantograph Class 110 wipers incorporate 4G seals to combat water ingression. In addition the ten oilite ten oilite bearings and one sealed ball bearing to reduce friction and increase longevity, plus maintenance free performance.
Driven by a 24 Volt Class 110 motor with isolated earth for proven reliability. (Schematic drawings available upon request).
When space is at a premium inside the bridge, external Pantographs are an option. They are housed in a water proof case and are easily installed either above or below the window, still giving maintenance free performance. The external case is available in 3mm stainless steel, powder coated to BES 005 Section 22 and 3mm steel zinc phosphate, powder coated to BES 005 Section 22.
