The Compact 80 gearbox length has been reduced by 50mm, for applications where space is at a premium. The unique stroke motion ensures non-violent and quiet wiper action. Each stroke accelerates and decelerates giving blade and arms a longer life.
To assist designers and eliminate installation problems, the gearboxes can be assembled with the motor at any angle (at no extra cost). The Class 80 compact wiper is fully enclosed in line with safety standards, and all moving parts are manufactured from 316 stainless steel. With quality as a priority, Class 80 compact wipers incorporate 4G seals to combat water ingression. In addition the ten oilite bearings and one searing is used to reduce friction and increase longevity, offering a maintenance free performance.
Driven by a 24 Volt 1.5 Amp Bosch Class 80 motor with isolated earth for proven reliability. (Schematic drawings available upon request).
